ASSESSMENT:

proposal:
When both sides are happy, I send the email on what I’m going to deliver, what and when the client will pay and what the client is obliged to deliver and when (photos, content, logo, etc.)

CONTRACT:
After setting all details, I create a contract with the scope of the work and the agreed-upon terms.

DESIGN:
When based on a theme, I present 2-3 themes and colour palettes to choose from. If it’s a design from scratch, I present 2 mock ups (in a specially dedicated program), which you can choose from and can ask for corrections.

DEVELOPMENT:
When the visual project is set, I start to develop the website on my local server, and once it becomes a Minimal Viable Product, the project’s put on a development server for client’s access, so you can see your website, test it and train yourself to use a CMS system.

REVISION AND DEBUGGING:
Once the website is being tested, there is time for setting a functionality and debugging

FINAL MEETING:
Once everything is finished, we can do a final meeting to go over the entire journey - to clarify, how much work was done and to ensure you know how to use the CMS.

INVOICE:
Once everything is clear, the final invoice is sent.

GOING LIVE:
After finishing the paperwork and the final payment, the website goes live and I’ll also ask you for feedback, testimonial or recommendation.

For one off audit and for management, after the assessment and the contract, you will need to add me as a technician or admin of the your website.
